How is my order delivered?

All orders are produced in 1-2 days after payment confirmation Once we have your order processed, it will be shipped to the delivery address via FedEx (Standard or Expedited). 

How can I track the shipment?

In every notification email you receive regarding your order, the order number is also a link to the page of your order. You can access the Online tracking from there. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a notification from the forwarder too. For any changes in the shipping address please contact the forwarder directly.

How much is shipping?

There is only s single flat rate shipping charge of $9.99 + $1.00 for any additional item (Standard 5-6 business days) and $14.99 + $1.00 for any additional item (Expedited 3-4 business days) on all orders. Max. shipping cost for bulk orders is $40.00

Can I use POBox as a delivery address?

With our current forwarders, we are not able to deliver to the POBox address. Nor are we able to service APO, FPO, or DPO locations.

What happens if I am not present at the time of the delivery?

The forwarder will contact you by email or phone first. You can re-arrange to delivery for another date. Please follow the tracking updates via email sent to you directly from the forwarder. 

Can I use a delivery address other than my billing address?

Yes, this is possible. Please, fill out the DELIVERY address of your choice in the order form. To be able to enter the billing address too, check the box and the fields for the billing address will appear.

After two weeks my order still has not arrived yet. What now?

If your order is not received within 10 working days, but you can find your tracking number on the status page, please, be patient - your order shall arrive soon. If you cannot find your tracking number after two weeks, please contact our customer service with your order number.
